Santa Cruz Coffee Roasting Co focuses primarily on Certified Fair trade Certified Organic Coffees as well as a few other models of responsible sourcing, namely AgroEcology ( Community AgroEcology Network, aka C.A.N.) coffees, some direct trade coffees and few responsibly sourced conventional coffees wherein certain qualities or origins are not available otherwise.
At the risk of sounding obsessively fanatical, we believe that every time a quality cup of coffee is brewed, served, and enjoyed, the world is a slightly better place.
